Direct sales producer of bovine meat and porcine BIO in Indre and the Loire

This video of E=M6, turned on our exploitation, will give you an outline of our mode of production:
The animal born on our exploitation is transported by our care in an approved slaughter-house.
Cutting is carried out by our butcher in an artisanal way, in our laboratory approved by the DSV.
Each side of meat under is emptied and labelled individually.

N.B.: We do not carry out delivery; the parcels are to be withdrawn on the farm with Noizay.
